Set up your business
in minutes

Follow these steps to get your bookings and walk-in lineup live on AmidiCut.

Create Your Account

Quick 3-field registration — takes under a minute

Click your plan’s “Start Free Trial” button

A popup appears on the page — no need to navigate away.

Fill in 3 fields: Email, Password, Business Name

Use your business email. Your Business Name becomes your public store URL on AmidiCut.

💡 Example: “Scissors & Comb” → amidicut.com/store/scissors-and-comb

Complete payment to activate your free trial

Redirected to checkout. Free trial starts immediately — no charge until it ends.

Your Dashboard

Everything you need is in the left sidebar

Dashboard

Overview of bookings, earnings, and performance. A progress bar shows how complete your profile is.

Add Professionals & Services

This is where you add each barber, nail tech, or other professional on your team.

Manage your live walk-in queue in real time. See who’s waiting and call the next customer.

Settings → Profile, Payment, Social, SEO

Complete all settings sections before going live.

⚠️ Add a Payment method first — customers cannot book without it.

Set Up Your Store Profile

Settings → Profile — complete this before adding professionals

Upload Cover Photo & Profile Picture

Cover photo is the banner at the top of your store page. Profile picture is your logo or shop photo.

💡 Use a high-quality photo of your shop interior or a professional exterior shot.

Profile Name, Address & Phone

Enter your shop’s official name, full address (Street, City, Province, Postal Code), and phone number.

Accept Pay in Person (Cash)

Check this box if clients can pay in person. If unchecked, customers must pay online via Stripe before their appointment.

Set Store Schedule

Set your shop’s opening and closing hours per day. Toggle days on/off.

Write Your Biography

Tell customers about your shop — your specialty, experience, and what makes you unique.

Click “Update Settings” to save

Don’t forget to save before leaving the page.

Add a Professional

Each team member gets their own booking profile

Click “Add Professionals & Services” → “+ ADD FROM TEMPLATE”

The button is at the top right of the page.

Choose your service category

Select from: Barber Services, Massage & Spa, Nails, Eyelash & Brow, Ladies Salon, or Tattoo Artists. A template with pre-filled services loads automatically.

Fill in the Professional’s details

Professional Name — shown to customers on the booking page
Professional Email — receives booking notification emails
Photo — upload a clear professional headshot or photo

Select Booking Mode

Choose how this professional accepts customers:

Set Working Hours

Define when this professional is available to take bookings

Set Booking Duration

Choose how long each appointment slot is (e.g. 25 minutes). This also determines wait time estimates in the lineup.

Set First Block Start Time

Set what time the first booking slot starts (e.g. 10:00 AM).

Add Availability Ranges for each working day

Click ADD RANGE for each day. Set the day, start time, and end time. Leave out days off.

💡 Example below — Mon to Sat, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Add Your Services

List what you offer with name, duration, and price

Scroll down to the Services section

Pre-filled services from the template are already there. Edit the names, prices, and durations to match yours.

Format: Service Name – $Price (Duration)

Keep the format consistent so customers understand what they’re booking.

💡 Example: Men’s Cut – $40 (30 min) · Kids Cut – $30 (20 min) · Beard Trim – $20 (15 min)

Want customers to pay in person (cash)?

Set the service price to $0 — no online payment will be required. The customer pays at the shop.

💡 Make sure “Accept Pay in Person” is enabled in Settings → Profile.

Click “ADD OPTION” to add more services

No limit on how many services you can add per professional.

Save & Publish

Make your professional visible to customers

Click “Save Professional Profile” first

Always save before publishing to make sure all your info is stored correctly.

⚠️ Always click Save before Publish every time you make changes.

Click “Publish Professional”

The green button at the bottom of the page. Your professional is now live and bookable on AmidiCut.

Share your store link with customers

Your public store page: amidicut.com/store/your-shop-name
Share on Instagram, WhatsApp, or add to your Google Business profile.

Managing Your Lineup

Dashboard → My Lineup — manage walk-ins in real time

Share Your Customer Lineup Link

At the top of My Lineup is your unique Customer Lineup Link. Share it with walk-in customers so they can join the queue from their phone — no app needed.

💡 Print it as a QR code and display it at the entrance of your shop.

See all professionals and who’s in their queue in real time.

BUSY Button

Press when a professional is temporarily occupied (e.g. on a break). The lineup remains open but shows the status to new walk-ins.

MARK OFF TODAY Button

Press when a professional is not working that day. Their lineup is hidden from new walk-ins and resets the next day automatically.

📱

Automatic SMS Notifications

Customers receive SMS updates automatically — when they join, when it’s almost their turn, and when the professional is ready.

📋

History Tab

View all past walk-in customers per professional. Useful for tracking busy hours and customer patterns.
